TRWD is seeking proposals for janitorial services for Fort Worth operations. The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, transportation, and other resources necessary to perform janitorial services in a professional and workmanlike manner. TRWD will provide standard cleaning chemicals, paper products, trash can liners, soaps, and other consumable supplies unless otherwise specified in the final contract documents or the project manager. The Contractor shall be responsible for reporting low inventory levels to the project manager in a timely manner. Services may include, but are not limited to: Routine janitorial cleaning Restroom sanitation and disinfection Locker room and shower cleaning Breakroom and kitchen cleaning Trash and recycling removal Carpet vacuuming and spot cleaning Hard-floor cleaning and maintenance Cob webbing/Dusting Cleaning of HVAC return and supply grills Interior glass cleaning High-touch surface disinfection Supply restocking Reporting maintenance and safety concerns observed during service activities
