Supply And Delivery of John Deere Mower Parts

The Houston Airport System (HAS) is soliciting competitive bids for the purchase and delivery of genuine John Deere mower replacement parts for the maintenance and repair of City-owned mowing and grounds maintenance equipment. The solicitation will establish a reliable source for various replacement and maintenance components, including mower blades, belts, filters, spindles, bearings, hydraulic components, electrical parts, deck components, engine parts, and related hardware. The awarded vendor shall provide accurate parts identification, competitive pricing, timely delivery, and replacement of damaged, defective, or incorrect parts as required by the City. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, packaging, transportation, and other resources necessary to provide complete and timely supply and delivery of the required John Deere mower parts. Bidders shall submit a complete quotation addressing all requirements of this solicitation.
