Annual Medical Gas System Inspection, Maintenance and Repair Service for the Puget Sound VA Health Care System, Tacoma/Seattle, WA

This is a 100% service-disabled veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB) set-aside solicitation for annual medical gas system inspection, testing, and maintenance services at the Puget Sound VA Health Care System locations in Seattle and Tacoma, Washington. The contract, issued under FAR Part 12 as a commercial services acquisition, requires the contractor to perform preventative maintenance on specific medical gas systems, including EMSE Vacuum and Medical Air units at Building 101 in Seattle and the EMSE Duplex Vacuum System at American Lake VAMC in Tacoma. All work must comply with NFPA 55, NFPA 70, NFPA 99, Joint Commission EC.02.05.09, VA standards, and Washington state regulations. The contract has a base period of one year beginning August 1, 2026, with four optional one-year extensions, for an estimated total performance period through July 31, 2031.
