SUNY Empire seeks a qualified facility to host our Annual Spring Commencement Ceremony in New York City starting in 2027, as defined in the mandatory requirements listed in the IFB (ESU-25-10) The results of the IFB will be used to award a contract for the Spring 2027 Commencement Ceremony. Following the 20207 Commencement SUNY Empire and the winning Bidder may mutually agree to exercise 1 or 2 one-year options to extend the contract for Commencement Ceremonies to be held in 2028 and 2029.
