Full Description

It is the intent of the Rapides Parish Sheriff’s Office to secure pricing on Annual Uniform Requirements. No specific quantities are given or guaranteed. All uniform orders will be on an “as needed” basis only. This contract shall remain in effect for a period of twelve (12) months from bid award date. Contingent upon the ability of the successful bidder to honor the quoted bid prices, RPSO reserves the right to renew the existing contract for an additional two (2) years, in one (1) year increment’s, with a sixty (60) day funding out clause. Pursuant to R.S. 39:1701-1709, any public procurement unit may participate in a cooperative purchasing agreement with the RPSO to acquire quantities of the above items under a contract with the RPSO for items awarded by public bid.
