This requirement is open ONLY to those TBIPS Supply Arrangement (SA) Holders who qualified under Tier 1 for services in the National Capital Region for the following category. SA Holders may not submit a bid in response to this bid solicitation unless they have been invited to do so. Description of Work: Transport Canada (TC) is responsible for transportation policies and programs. We promote a safe, secure, efficient, and environmentally responsible transportation system. Within the Service & Digital Branch, the Enterprise Solutions Directorate (ESD) at TC provides intelligent automation solutions in support of program delivery, Backoffice administration, and legacy systems modernization. Intelligent automation (IA) includes a range of technologies from robotic process automation (RPA) to workflow automation, low-code application development, process mining and intelligent document processing. The goal of this procurement is to establish an on-demand vehicle for IA practitioners who are well-versed in business process management (BPM), robotic process automation (RPA) and low-code application development, specifically on the Appian platform. As TC continues to modernize its digital infrastructure, there exists a need for skilled IA resources who can assist in these efforts on-demand.
