The contract period is scheduled from September 5, 2026, to September 4, 2027, with performance occurring nationwide across Canada. The requirement focuses on providing original equipment manufacturer support for iOS, iPadOS, and macOS, encompassing technical troubleshooting for automated administrative tasks, directory service and Active Directory integration, and profile management. Support extends to a wide range of software, including consumer applications like Keynote and Pages, professional video and audio tools such as Final Cut Pro and Logic Pro, and remote management via Apple Remote Desktop, as well as hardware troubleshooting for iPhones, iPads, Apple Watches, Apple TVs, and Macs. The award will be based on the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) model, where bidders must first pass mandatory requirement gates before being evaluated on the total bid price provided in the pricing table.
