Full Description
Separate sealed BIDS for the Aquatic Facility Improvements Project, including 130 CUYD of Existing Concrete Removal, 125 CUYD of Excavation, 100 CUYD of Earthwork (compaction), 620 SQYD of Pavement Base, Erosion Control, 620 SQYD of Dyed Concrete Pool Deck & Coping (6”)(AE), 100 SQYD Concrete Sidewalk (6”)(AE), 190 LF of Curb and Gutter, Electrical Improvements, Storm Drainage, Plumbing Improvements, 500 SF Swimming Pool Retrofit, 4000 SF of Pool Sandblast and Resurfacing, Pool Splash Features, Tensile Shade Structure, Diving Board, Lifeguard Chairs, Pool Ladders and Handrails, Pool Lounge Chairs, Rough Carpentry, Metal Siding and Roofing, Chain-Link Fence, Landscaping, Seeding, and appurtenances will be received by the City of Enterprise at City Hall, 206 S Factory Street, Enterprise , KS 67441 until 2:00 PM (Central Time) on November 17th, 2026 and then publicly opened and read aloud.
Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis as indicated on the Bid Form.
The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Schwab Eaton, 101 S. Mill Street, Beloit, KS 67420. Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM, and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents as described below.
