Arc Spark Optical Emission Spectrometer LAV-MIL

Solicitation FA8126-27-Q-0005 is a combined synopsis and request for quote issued by the Air Force Sustainment Center for annual preventative maintenance services for a Spectrolab lavm11 Arc Spark Optical Emissions Spectrometer located at Tinker AFB, Oklahoma. This firm-fixed-price contract is a 100 percent small business set-aside and consists of one base year and four option years. Award will be granted to the responsible offeror who is technically acceptable and provides the lowest evaluated price. To be considered technically acceptable, vendors must provide documentation verifying compliance with the Performance Work Statement and submit commercial product literature proving they are authorized by the Original Equipment Manufacturer to perform repairs on this proprietary equipment. The contractor is responsible for adhering to strict safety and compliance standards, including the submission of a site-specific safety plan within ten days of award and completion of required CUI and workplace-specific briefings. Performance requirements include the use of the Wide Area WorkFlow system for invoicing and adherence to MIL-STD-129 and MIL-STD-130 for shipping, marking, and unique item identification. Additionally, the contractor must manage HAZMAT packaging in accordance with OSHA standards and provide manufacturer Safety Data Sheets for all chemical shipments. All offers must be submitted in English and U.S. currency, with current representations and certifications maintained in the System for Award Management.
