Architect and Engineer Professional Services, IDIQ Pool

The State of North Dakota's Office of the Adjutant General (OTAG) is requesting proposals to form an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) pool of qualified architectural and engineering firms. This initiative aims to support OTAG's responsibility for numerous public improvement projects associated with the National Guard facilities across North Dakota. By establishing this pool, OTAG seeks flexibility in engaging selected firms for various project needs. The chosen firms will undertake a wide array of services, including designing, preparing plans for new constructions, and conducting repairs and maintenance. These services also involve delivering final electronic and hard copy drawings, inspections, studies, and obtaining LEED certification when necessary. Up to sixteen firms will be selected for the IDIQ pool across four disciplines: architecture, civil engineering, mechanical engineering, and electrical engineering. Each firm may apply for one or more disciplines, requiring separate submissions for each. The contract is initially set for twelve months, commencing around January 15, 2025, with provisions for four additional one-year extensions at the state's discretion. The work will be performed at various state locations, tailored to OTAG's project demands. The entire contract holds a substantial value estimate, ranging between $5 million and $20 million, underscoring the scale and importance of the work to be carried out by the selected firms.
