Area Development Landscape Design for World Drive North Phase 3

Scope: The Central Florida Tourism Oversight District (CFTOD or District) requires professional engineering design services by a qualified firm/team to complete the landscape design for the World Drive North Phase 3 - Area Development Design project.
CFTOD’s intent is to award the highest qualified proposer for this project. Firms/teams are invited to submit Letters of Interest for this project only.
Firms shall support a wide range of technical disciplines required to support the proposed roadway improvement projects, including: landscape and hardscape design (including irrigation systems, planting, berms, signage and aesthetic enhancements); drainage and stormwater management; environmental; surveying and mapping; utility design [electric, secondary electric, irrigation (reclaimed and potable water), communication.
The Consultant shall perform these engineering services as required to prepare various types of deliverables, including but not limited to engineering reports, engineering plans and specifications.
The Consultant firm shall meet all required qualifications in order for a Letter of Interest to be considered. This includes applicable work classifications, similar project requirements, etc. The Prime Consultant firm shall have the roadway engineering specialty. Subconsultants may be used to meet the other required qualifications and specialties. All terms and conditions of this request, any addenda, respondent’s submissions and future negotiated terms are incorporated into the contract by reference as set forth herein.
