The West Virginia Adjutant General’s Office is soliciting bids for a one-time purchase of commercial heavy-duty laundry equipment for facilities at Camp Dawson in Kingwood, West Virginia. The procurement consists of 27 Speed Queen commercial heavy-duty top load washers (SKU# SWNMN2SP115TW01) and 22 Speed Queen commercial heavy-duty electric heat dryers (SKU# SDEMNRGS173TW01), or approved equals. Vendors may propose alternate brands provided they meet the specified quality standards, with the State maintaining sole discretion over the equality of such alternates. Bids must be submitted via wvOASIS or in sealed hard copy by the deadline of September 24, 2026. The contract requires delivery on an F.O.B. destination basis to Camp Dawson within 30 working days of receiving a purchase order.
