NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE TO SAFETY-KLEEN SYSTEMS, INC. for FRC West Det. Fallon. NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center San Diego (FLCSD) intends to award a Sole Source contract to: SAFETY-KLEEN SYSTEMS, INC., CAGE: 1NLB2, 2600 North Central Expressway, Richardson, Texas 75080 for Armakleen Cleaning and Washer Service at FRC WEST DET FALLON, 4755 PASTURE ROAD BLDG 24, FALLON, NV 89496-5000. The proposed contract action is one in which only one responsible source will satisfy the agency requirements (See 41 USC 1901 implemented by FAR 13.501 (a). The proposed contract action is Sole Source only. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotes or proposals. No solicitation or RFQ will be forthcoming. Interested parties may identify their interest and submit capability information in response to this notice by 1100AM PDT, 16 Feb 2024, via email to contact@example.gov. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is entirely at the discretion of the Government. The contractor will not be reimbursed for any expenses related to responding to the Notice of Intent.
