Arts and Culture Master Plan

The Corporation of the City of North Bay has issued Request for Proposal RFP 2026-040 for the development of an Arts and Culture Master Plan. The objective is to create a comprehensive 10-year strategy and implementation matrix based on community assessment, asset mapping, and visioning. Proponents must submit their proposals electronically via the City's bidding system by the extended deadline of September 28, 2026. The contract includes a 30,000 dollar allowance for a required subconsultant and requires the successful proponent to collaborate with Creative Industries. The agreement is governed by the laws of Ontario and the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
