As-Needed Facilities Maintenance And Minor Repair Services

The City of Santa Clara is soliciting proposals for as-needed facilities maintenance and minor repair services to support the Department of Public Works across city-owned and operated facilities. The scope of work focuses on routine, corrective, and preventive maintenance, including in-kind repairs to interior and exterior walls, doors, flooring, glazing, plumbing and electrical fixtures, and site assets such as fencing and signage. New construction, capital improvements, and large-scale renovations are specifically excluded. The City intends to award multiple agreements to qualified contractors who hold a valid California Contractors State License Board license.
