Solicitation # 2027006-FD-DB
The City of Harrisonburg, Virginia, has issued a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) under solicitation number 2027006-FD-DB to identify highly qualified vendors to serve as the Design-Builder for the Fire Station #4 Project. This procurement process is designed to evaluate Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) to determine which offerors possess the necessary expertise to successfully execute both the design and construction phases of the project. Qualified vendors identified through this RFQ will be invited to participate in a subsequent Request for Proposals (RFP). Interested parties must adhere strictly to all requirements outlined in the RFQ, as failure to meet mandatory criteria may result in a non-responsive determination. The evaluation of SOQs will be conducted by an Evaluation Committee based on how well an offeror meets or exceeds established criteria. Procurement management is overseen by Shane B. Smith, and the primary point of contact for the City is Nicole Robertson. Offerors are advised that the RFQ documents are provided for informational purposes and are subject to change, meaning they should not be relied upon for the final development of a formal proposal.
