Asphalt Surfacing Assessment, Database, and Forecasting

The School District of Greenville County is seeking proposals for solicitation 327-18 to provide asphalt surfacing assessment, continuing data management, and capital forecasting for all district asphalt assets. The selected contractor must perform physical walk-through assessments of every square yard of asphalt to identify surface distresses, providing detailed evaluations with photos and color-coded grading from A to F.
