The Pinellas County School Board (PCSB) requests proposals from an experienced, qualified supplier to provide and deliver athletic uniforms, equipment and supplies to various high schools and middle schools and to secure firm, net pricing throughout Pinellas County for the contract period as specified herein. PCSB seeks an experienced athletic uniform manufacturer to provide financial support to PCSB in exchange for certain promotional and availability rights for athletic uniforms, equipment and supplies. This solicitation is inclusive of all athletic wear including coaches’ apparel. The supplier will accommodate all campuses (including any future additional campuses) at the same rate and service levels, as needed. Awarded supplier MUST have the ability to meet with coaches to take orders. These meetings will be held either at the District Administration Building in Largo, or at the individual schools at a date and time to be determined after the award of this proposal.
