NA This will be a sole source award based upon an unsolicited proposal received. This proposal is in response to analysis of a multi-modal transportation corridor from Fairbanks, Alaska through to the major transportation systems in northwestern Canada. A eng ineering economic analysis of the multiple alternatives is to be prepared, which includes the following: methodology; type of team to be used; time-lines; review points and periods; presentation to USARAK; and a minimum of three proposed Tanana River cross ing methods.
