The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 22 plans to enter into a sole source contract with Intellica Corporation under FAR Part 8 and FAR 8.405-6 rules, aiming to continue support for the VA Health Services Research & Development project titled "Improving the Frequency and Quality of Sleep Apnea Care Management" (IIR 12-069). Intellica Corporation, the original vendor for related data management, analysis, and reporting services during previous phases, including the REVAMP project and Fiscal Year 14, is expected to provide ongoing services due to their prior involvement and specialized knowledge of the sleep apnea data. The contract is projected to be awarded by August 1, 2015. This notice is not a solicitation or request for proposals but serves to inform potentially interested parties and allows them to express interest or capability in writing by July 15, 2015.
