Solicitation # DISA-OTA-27-R-UAM
The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) is seeking prototypes for a centralized, multi-tenant User Activity Monitoring (UAM) solution to replace fractured and non-interoperable systems within the Department of War. Key deliverables include a fully functional prototype based on desired solution attributes and a complete Technical Data Package containing all software source code developed at government expense. This project is a Prototype Other Transaction awarded under 10 U.S.C. 4022 and is not subject to the Federal Acquisition Regulations. Proposals are evaluated based on merit and the potential to rapidly enhance warfighter capability, with a preference for performance periods of three months or less.
