The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) is conducting market research to identify qualified businesses capable of providing laboratory analytical services for dissolved inorganic nutrient analysis, in support of the Pacific Coastal and Marine Science Center (PCMSC). Services shall be performed in accordance with the requirements outlined in the attached Statement of Work (SOW).
This Sources Sought Notice is issued solely for information gathering and acquisition planning purposes. This is not a solicitation, request for quote (RFQ), or request for proposal (RFP), and no contract award will be made at this time. The Government will not reimburse any costs incurred in responding to this notice.
