Yosemite National Park intends to negotiate a sole source purchase order in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source will satisfy the agency requirements, to Zara Environmental, Buda, TX. This announcement is NOT a request for proposals and there is no solicitation available. This project is to inventory the aquatic and terrestrial fauna of talus caves in Yosemite Valley. The project is comprised of two tasks: 1) Identify and describe a new species of pseudoscorpion collected in 2006, and 2) conduct field investigations to systematically collect samples of each faunal taxa detected from cave habitats. A Sources Sought Inquiry was posted 07/28/2008 and Zara Environmental was determined to be the only totally responsive inquiry.
