Solicitation Number: RFQ # 75H70421Q00046, IHS1434498 Notice Type: Special Notice - Notice of Intent Synopsis: This is a notification of the intent to make a Sole Source Award to Lactation Education Resources, Inc. (DUNS 113471150) under NAICS code 611430 - Professional and Management Development Training by Indian Health Service for a period of one (1) year under the authority of FAR 6.302-2, Unusual and compelling urgency. If you can provide the services requested, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which shall be considered by the Agency and may be e-mailed to brendon.moran@ihs.gov referencing notice number 75H70421Q00046 by 10AM (EST), 8 October 2021. A determination by the Government to terminate the intended contract acquisition based upon responses to the notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
