Scope: The City of Newport Beach (“City”) is soliciting for proposals from qualified proposers to provide summer Balboa Island/Corona del Mar Trolley Operational Services for a proposed five (5) year contract term for summer operations starting in the summer of 2027 through the summer of 2031. The proposal shall be written with consideration, but not limited to, the Scope of Work and criteria detailed within this RFP. Proposer may provide additional information/experience they deem beneficial for the City review. The City reserves the right to not accept the Proposer’s scope and fee.[BS1.1][EL1.2] Through the life of the agreement, the City may request additional and related services. The scope, work schedule, and fee for each task will be negotiated on an as-needed basis and is not included with this proposal. If/when additional services are requested, Operator shall submit a letter proposal and fee for each task.
