The City of Bowie, Maryland requests bids from qualified and experienced contractors to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and construction services for the replacement of five ballistic glass panels at the Community Services’ transaction windows in the lobby of Bowie City Hall, located at 15901 Fred Robinson Way Bowie, Maryland.
The work shall be consistent with the Scope of Services contained in this Invitation for Bids (IFB).  By submission of a bid, the bidder represents that it is able to comply with all requirements contained in the IFB.
A mandatory pre-bid meeting shall be held on Wednesday, July 1, 2026, at 9:15 a.m.  Please report to City Hall front lobby, located at 15901 Fred Robinson Way, Bowie, Maryland, no later than 9:15 a.m.
All questions or requests for clarifications regarding this IFB are required to be submitted through the Bid Locker platform at https://bidlocker.us/details/6134_Ballistic_Glass_Replacement___Bowie_City_Hall, prior to 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 8, 2026  Written responses to all questions and/or requests for clarifications will be issued no later than Wednesday, July 15, 2026, to all those who have expressed interest in this IFB through the Bid Locker platform.
