Solicitation Notice ID: N3904026Q4819 has been approved by the contracting officer to be extended to the new proposal due date of 6/22/2026 @ 09:00 am EST. Attached is the added Attachment 10 – Barge Drawings which will be added to the solicitation. The questions submitted by vendors who attended the site visit are in progress to being addressed and will also be posted at a later point to the SAM.gov notice. All option line items, 1001, 1003, 2001, 2003, 3001, 3003, 4001 and 4003 will be removed from the solicitation and are not to be quoted. Exhibits C, D, E and F will be removed from the solicitation as well. Additional changes to the amendment will follow when formal amendment is able to be issued from our contract writing system. Due to an error in our contract writing system the formal amendment 0001 is unable to be issued and posted at this time to SAM.gov. A future update will be provided when the amendment is able to be posted to the notice and further alterations to the solicitation shall be made.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.2 - Solicitation, Evaluation, and Award, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued Paper copies of this solicitation will not be available. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on SAM.gov.
