Construction Contract for Project No. WKVB159088, Construct BCE Complex at the 106th Rescue Wing, Westhampton Beach, NY. Work will be in accordance with the plans and technical specifications. This action is being solicited on a 100% Small Business Set-Aside basis. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 236220 and the size standard for small business is $45M average annual revenue for the past three years. Project magnitude is between $10,000,000 and $25,000,000. Offerors intending on submitting a proposal should attend the Pre-Bid Site Visit.
