This solicitation is for MBE dealers only. A) OOD shall base the award on lowest cost. B) OOD will also base the award on the respondent that is responsive, responsible, and able to complete the work described in the summary. C) A formal quote must be attached.D) Respondent shall complete and submit the Certification Statements form if seeking a Buy America, Buy Ohio, and/or a Veterans Preference.
