Full Description
Please place YOUR COMPANY NAME, SEALED BID, and the BID NUMBER on the outside of your envelope and include the original bid plus 2 copies. Bids will be received until 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time on July 22, 2026 at the Gulf County Clerk’s Office, 1000 Cecil G. Costin Sr. Blvd, Room 149, Port St. Joe, Florida 32456, and will be opened and read aloud at a public meeting held in the Donald H. Butler Commission Chamber in the Robert M. Moore Administration Building, Gulf County Courthouse Complex, Port St. Joe, Florida on July 23, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time.
Bids may be submitted electronically through the County’s online bidding platform at https://www.centralauctionhouse.com/SignIn?redirect=/Category/10885/GulfCounty. Electronic bids must be received by the system prior to the bid deadline. The time recorded by the system shall be the official time of receipt. Late submissions will not be accepted. Paper sealed bids may also be submitted to the Clerk’s Office as described above.
Bid specifications can be obtained on the County’s website www.gulfcounty-fl.gov or through the Gulf County Clerk’s Office. All bids shall remain firm for a period of sixty days after the opening.
