Services include routine mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, weed control, turf care, pest monitoring, mosquito and fire ant control, mulching and pine straw maintenance, seasonal flower bed maintenance, litter and debris removal, leaf cleanup, and winter property maintenance. The contractor will maintain all landscaped areas, rights-of-way, parking lots, sidewalks, and retention pond areas to a consistently high standard, ensuring safe, attractive, and well-maintained grounds through scheduled growing-season and off-season services. Monthly site inspections with the owner will be conducted to review property conditions, address maintenance needs, and coordinate any landscape improvements or service adjustments. The initial contract term shall be for one (1) year, with the option to renew for up to two (2) additional one-year periods upon mutual agreement of the County and the Contractor.
