Whiting-Turner is seeking qualified Trade Contractors, for the scopes shown below, who wish to provide construction services for the Cal Poly Student Housing Program. 01Z0 ¿ Construction & Interior Final Cleaning The prequalification submission will be provided via BuildingConnected and will include the following (accessible via the link below): ¿ Prequalifying with Whiting-Turner via TradeTapp. ¿ Submission of the California State University Trade Contractor Prequalification Questionnaire. ¿ Completion of the BuildingConnected Bid Form. PROGRAM SCOPE: Trade Contractor shall perform both construction and final interior cleaning services for an 8-floor modular building that consists of the following areas: building & community common rooms, corridors, offices, study lounges/rooms, a laundry facility, restrooms, work rooms, custodial rooms, trash rooms, two bedroom suites, three bedroom suites, emergency electrical rooms, an MDF room, trash rooms, a bike room, IDF rooms, electrical rooms, stairways, roof lobby, and elevator control rooms. This scope assumes professional cleaning services for the following: interiors, accessories/fixtures, glass and mirrors, metalwork, floors, and for ventilation systems. Please note: This project is subject to Prevailing Wage Rates. 100% Payment and Performance Bonds are required for all subcontracts amounts $250,000 and higher. Note, this bid advertisement services both as an RFQ for all Trade Contractors to complete and submit all RFQ deliverables, and who provide an RFP per the BuildingConnected deliverables.
