The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has authorized Seabrook Leaf under Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS-SHA-64382-R1 to conduct emergency erosion remediation at three natural ford stream crossings along a roadway adjacent to an unnamed tributary of the Pit River. The work involves excavating and removing eroding fill material from the crossings and replacing it with properly sized rock armor to span at least ten feet across each streambed, ensuring stable crossings that prevent sediment from entering the waterway.
