To provide support personnel for software sustainment of BASS 2.0 (JavelinXL) devices deployed in the USCG fleet, to provide support personnel to perform software and hardware maintenance support for the JavelinXL devices and the Ares Gateway, and to provide optional dedicated developer and field service representative support for USCG units that conduct Maritime Law Enforcement activities.
