Biosolids Removal and Disposal

The City of Yuma is soliciting bids for the removal and disposal of biosolids generated at its wastewater treatment plants under solicitation RFB-26-339, with responses due by August 6, 2026. While the default award basis is to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder, the City retains flexibility to award based on trade-offs involving quality, delivery time, and performance history. Contractors must comply with Arizona-specific legal requirements including E-Verify for employment authorization, prohibitions on forced labor and human trafficking, anti-boycott of Israel laws, and non-discrimination policies.
