Full Description
The Government anticipates issuing a total small business set-aside, request for quote (RFQ) with the intent of awarding a Firm-Fixed Price contract for Black Butte Oxidation Pond Liners.
Project Description: Contractor is to replace three (3) existing oxidation pond liners and restore them to fully operational sewage treatment systems.
This prospective contract action will be conducted using NAICS Code 562991 (Septic Tank and Related Services). The size standard is 9 million dollars. Product Service Code is Z1ND (Maintenance of Sewage and Waste Facilities)
The solicitation will proceed as a total small business set-aside and is estimated to be issued on or about July 8, 2026, with quotes due tentatively on August 11, 2026. The RFQ will be issued on the Government Point of Entry known as SAM.gov and will establish a firm quote due date/time.
