Full Description

PROBLEM STATEMENT: The IG inspection noted that the dorm rooms in B-106 are not in compliance with the UFC because they do not have individual thermostat control. LOCATION: B-106 Firehouse APPROX QTY: Floor plans show 23 living quarters rooms throughout first and second floors. PROPOSED SOLUTION: Install split system HVAC units or VAV's to include thermostats in each dorm room to comply with UFC 4-730-10. Each room must have individual temperature control per the UFC. JUSTIFICATION: IG inspection hit.
