Bidders should include a letter from each manufacturer represented on manufacturer’s letterhead signed by an authorized representative of the manufacturer attesting that the Bidder is authorized to represent the manufacturer in this solicitation as part of each bid. If not included with the bid, Bidder must provide authorization as specified above within three business days after requested by the Ohio Department of Pubic Safety (ODPS).
