Interested parties must submit capability statements and, if not already an approved source, a complete Source Approval Request package per the NAVSUP-WSS guidelines, as approval is mandatory and will not delay award. The solicitation number is A026457 with a response deadline of May 12, 2026, and the opportunity is not subject to any set-aside program. The work will be performed in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, and some items may be subject to Free Trade Agreements or the WTO Government Procurement Agreement. All responses received within 15 days of the notice will be considered, though the government retains full discretion to proceed without competition.
