The on-site construction will take place between 6 September and 16 November, 2016. The boat ramp is located in Eau Galle Recreation Area, Spring Valley, Wisconsin - in Pierce County, approximately 50 miles east of St. Paul. The solicitation will be a Request for Bids (RFQ) This synopsis is not a request for quotes, proposals or bids.
