Solicitation # USCA26Q0172-01

The required platform must feature a singularly managed interface with an integrated content management system, support adaptive streaming and transcoding, and provide 24/7/365 monitoring and end-user analytics. The solution must include integrated HTML5 accessible video players for embedding on court sites. This is a firm fixed rate consumption-based contract consisting of a base year and seven option years, with a target total price of less than 1.7 million dollars.
