Full Description
This is a solicitation for a COTS streaming media platform prepared in accordance with the Administrative Offices of the U.S. Courts Judiciary Guide, Chapter 325 Small Purchase Procedures of Volume 14, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation is for a commercial off the shelf (COTS) media streaming (SAAS) platform.
All responses shall be submitted via email to Kelly_Weidner@ao.uscourts.gov and David_Kelley@ao.uscourts.gov. Any other type of submission of responses shall not be accepted.
Responsible sources shall follow the instructions in the attached RFQ in order to be considered. Questions are due by 2:00PM EST Sep. 10, 2026. Responses to this solicitation are due by no later than 2:00PM EST Sep. 21, 2026. This requirement is unrestricted and not set aside for small business as the Judiciary does not abide by the FAR for open market.
