Bootleg Canyon Zipline Operator

The City of Boulder City, Nevada, is seeking an experienced operator through RFP 2025-10 to manage, operate, improve, repair, and maintain the Bootleg Canyon zipline facilities and associated access roads. The selected respondent will be responsible for the construction and operation of a zipline attraction featuring four runs, ensuring full compliance with Nevada Revised Statutes, City ordinances, and approved engineering plans. The project is administered by Purchasing Manager Paul Sikora and monitored by Parks and Recreation Director Julie Calloway. Proposals must be submitted as a single consolidated PDF via the Nevada Government eMarketplace by September 17, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. Award decisions will be based on a 100-point scale using a trade-off process to determine the most responsive and responsible bidder.
