The contract features a firm-fixed-price structure with a maximum value of $300,000 and includes a one-time Seed Task Order for developing a full training program, followed by recurring annual orders for initial and experienced diver training classes of up to five students, as well as annual program audits conducted in Boulder City, NV, and Boise, ID. Training locations are tentatively set at Reclamation campuses in Nevada and Idaho, with flexibility for the contractor to propose alternative sites in alignment with the government’s intent to train divers locally.
