The project requires the contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and permits necessary to remove and legally dispose of the existing sign while reusing the current brick base. Due to the location's status within a historic courthouse area, the new sign must be a traditional, non-electronic, double-sided design with a cabinet area approximately 48 inches high by 96 inches wide, plus a decorative pediment. Electronic or LED message centers are strictly prohibited. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder based on the total lump sum price. Bidders must provide detailed technical literature and catalog cuts to demonstrate compliance and are required to field-verify all site dimensions and structural conditions prior to fabrication. Submissions are due by September 28, 2026, at 4 PM. Awarded contractors must maintain comprehensive insurance, including Commercial General Liability of 1 million dollars per occurrence and Automobile Liability of 1 million dollars, and must adhere to all OSHA and EPA safety standards.
