QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS: Q1. Do fully burdened rates include travel costs? A1. When applicable, any travel costs for a location will be based on the Federal Travel Regulations and invoiced separately as an "at cost" reimbursable rate with receipts required. Fully burdened price rates should include labor and maintenance charges only, at the point of repair. Q2. There are a myriad of parts required for each copier included in the solicitation, and it may be burdensome to price each part separately. How should we handle that? A2. Pricing for parts does not need to be included in the price listing, and will be negotiated separately on an as needed based on the Original Equipment Manufacturer requirements. Supplies (toners, ribbons, cartridges, etc.) should be fully priced. Q3. Since toner cartridges are different prices for different copies, how should the price be displayed on the spreadsheet? The same for supplies, drums and other parts? A3. Proposal should include pricing for all potential supplies for each type of machine listed, and may be listed in any manner the Offeror chooses, as long as the primary supplies that are required for each machine are included. Please see Answer 2 above for parts requirements.
