Notice of Amendment 3 1.            The document “Question and Answer - Question et réponse (2023-06-15)” has been published. 2.            Amendment 003 to the RFQ has been published in order to include the Publisher’s SEN numbers in Annex A and to extend the closing of the solicitation to Monday, June 19, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. EST.  The term for the provision of the goods will be from June 28, 2023 to June 27, 2024, inclusive.  All changes in the RFQ have been bolded and underlined. Notice of Amendment 2 1.            Amendment 002 to the RFQ has been published in order to amend the term of the contract and to extend the closing of the solicitation to Thursday, June 15, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. EST.  The term for the provision of the goods will be from June 28, 2023 to June 27, 2024, inclusive.  All changes in the RFQ have been bolded and underlined.Notice of Amendment 1 1.            Amendment 001 to the RFQ has been published in order to amend the term of the contract and to extend the closing of the solicitation to Tuesday, June 13, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. EST.  The term for the provision of the goods will be from July 7, 2023 to July 6, 2024, inclusive.  All changes in the RFQ have been highlighted.Notice of Proposed Procurement Shared Services Canada requires JIRA License Subscription, Maintenance and Support for the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat (“TBS”) in Ottawa, Ontario as outlined in the attached Request for Quotations.  The term for the provision of the goods will be from June 7, 2023 to June 6, 2024, inclusive.  A bid must comply with all requirements of the bid solicitation to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract. The Bidder must submit pricing in accordance with Annex A – List of Deliverables and Pricing. Please refer to the Request for Quotations document for the complete details regarding this requirement including the mandatory criteria, evaluation criteria and basis of selection. IMPORTANT NOTICE TO SUPPLIERS RE BID SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS Due to the impacts from the COVID-19 pandemic, suppliers are required to submit bids electronically using the Contracting Authority’s email.
