Bradley Project Management Committee (BPMC) Legal Counsel-RCA Representation

The Alaska Energy Authority is soliciting proposals from qualified attorneys or law firms to provide legal representation for the Bradley Project Management Committee in Regulatory Commission of Alaska docket U-25-028. This matter specifically addresses the Railbelt Transmission Organization and its Open Access Transmission Tariff. The scope of work includes representing the committee for the remainder of the docket, analyzing the final order for issues affecting the committee, and providing appellate representation if requested. The period of performance is scheduled to begin on May 15, 2026, and end on June 30, with options to renew for two additional one-year periods for a total possible duration of five years.
