Branded Promotional Hard Goods

Tompkins Cortland Community College is seeking a vendor to supply branded promotional hard goods as part of its 2025-26 budget cycle, with the primary goal of effectively representing the College’s brand through high-quality products. The contract encompasses the production of a variety of items, including 1,000 dark-green drawstring sports bags, 5,000 forest green pens with three-color imprint, 15 full-color custom 6-foot tablecloths, 7,000 custom die-cut stickers (3x3 inches), and 800 customizable pennants (9x24 inches). In addition to these core items, the agreement allows for ad hoc orders of specific branded goods such as notebooks, water bottles, power banks, and fidget objects, with a focus on items like the Mercury Notebook with Stylus Pen and Aluminum Water Bottle with Carabiner (26 oz.), among others. All products must feature durable, high-quality screen printing to ensure longevity and brand visibility. All goods and services are to be delivered to the College at 170 North Street in Dryden, New York. Bidders are required to carry adequate workmen’s compensation and general liability insurance and must sign a Non-Collusion Bidding Certificate, though no specific set-aside or certification requirements apply.
