BROAD AGENCY ANNOUNCEMENT (BAA) FOR CHEMICAL BIOLOGICAL RADIOLOGICAL NUCLEAR AND EXPLOSIVE (CBRNE) DEFENSE EFFORTS UNDER PROCUREMENT CONTRACTS, COOPERATIVE AGREEMENTS, AND PROTOTYPES UNDER OTHER TRANSACTIONS AGREEMENTS

The U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command Chemical Biological Center (DEVCOM CBC) is soliciting proposals through Broad Agency Announcement W911SR-24-R-DEVB to develop innovative chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, and explosive (CBRNE) defense capabilities. The primary goal is to enhance Joint Warfighters' dominance on the battlefield and support the interagency defense of the homeland. This effort focuses on basic and applied research and development, specifically utilizing RDT&E 6.1, 6.2, and 6.3a funding. Eligible sources include educational institutions, nonprofit organizations, and private industry. Awards may be issued as procurement contracts (firm fixed price or cost-reimbursable), cooperative agreements, or prototype other transactions agreements. Selection is based on best value, with a heavy emphasis on technical merit, programmatic relevance, and the availability of funds.
